Bay-ang Ridge Liloan is a 60–hectare residential township in Brgy. Sta. Cruz in the northern town of Liloan. Bay-ang Ridge Liloan is part of the Duros Land horizontal development in the Northside Beacon.

It is going to be a community with a school, a church and a commercial component that will be a walkable one-stop shop. Bay-ang Ridge’s house and lot units will fall under the category of economic housing.

Land development will start by the first quarter of 2019 by Duros Development Corp. the sister company of Duros Land. Target completion of the first phase of the project is on December 2021. Bay-ang Ridge will be a 10 – minute drive from The Woodlands, another development by Duros.
