Andacillo is Nuvalis first highland address. Rising to a height of almost 300 meters above sea level and embraced by undulating landscapes and commanding views, Ayala Land Premier unveils its first residential address in NUVALI Heights. Sitting on the highest parcel of residential land in Nuvali, Andacillo brings together earth and sky in one distinct address south of Metro Manila. Andacillo has an average density of only 8 lots per hectare that will provide a heightened feeling of privacy and exclusivity for its future residents. About 80% of Andacillo Lots are directly adjacent to verdant open spaces. These unique natural areas are situated between homes, creating shared expansive green corridors for the community to enjoy.
